Chef Phil Bailey-Anderson has been curating farm-fresh dining experiences here in north Florida for several years now, and knows how to ingeniously highlight the perfect simplicity of fruits and vegetables grown right here in our own backyard. Chef Nate Barksdale brings old world skill to the table with his years of experience in butchery and meat curing. Join us for a truly delightful multi-course meal celebrating the lovely micro-climate of Gainesville and the plethora of food provided by this good earth.
